District Police Office Makwanpur has arrested one person from Hetaunda with illegal gold. The police arrested 33-year-old Jas Joshi Chaudhary of Colvi Municipality 5 in Bara from Hetaunda with 43.38 grams of gold.

Hetaunda-15 Ratomate under the East-West Highway, coming towards Hetaunda. District Police Office Makwanpur informed that gold was found during checking of bus number 5 B 5129. Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamu Aryal informed that 43.38 grams of gold was found when bus driver Chaudhary got off the bus on the basis of suspicion.

According to him, the market value of the arrested gold is 6 lakh 35 thousand 226 rupees. Deputy Superintendent Aryal informed that Jas Joshi Chaudhary, who was arrested with gold, has been sent to the Revenue Investigation Office Pathalaiya for necessary investigation and action.
