The World Youth Festival (World Youth Festival) is going to be organized at Kavrepalanchok with the aim of giving a big platform to the youth from all over the world. The Youth Festival is going to be held from March 27th to 31st under the initiative of District Coordination Committee Kavrepalanchok.

Deepak Kumar Gautam, the head of District Coordination Committee Kavrepalanchok, said that every year this festival is organized in different countries and this year it is going to be held in Nepal. He said that he has been preparing for this for 10 years and all the preparations will be completed within one and a half months. He said that the Mahotvas will be inaugurated with the participation of 100,000 youth within the Kathmandu University campus and other programs will be held in various areas of Kavre. 

Organizers claim that this festival will become the center of global youth cooperation at least for some time in Kavrepalanchok. An international festival of this level of youth is going to be organized for the first time in Nepal. The organizer has taken the belief that its success will encourage the youth by introducing them to the opportunities, skills, and challenges in the country. 

10,000 representatives from 75 countries will come to this youth festival. There will be more than 200 speakers. More than 50 different activities will be held at the festival, which is expected to gather more than 3 lakh youth. Organizers said that the festival will include workshops and discussions on profound issues affecting today's youth. According to the organizers, there will be debates on climate change, gender unity, women's empowerment, freedom of speech, tourism, politics, leadership, local food and other issues at this youth festival. 

Kavrepalanchok district coordination committee head Gautam said, 'This program unites youth from all over the world to share ideas, build relationships and find solutions for good culture. As tomorrow's leaders, you have the power to shape the world. The festival acts as a platform where cultures meet, ideas are spread and unity is celebrated.'
