A young man has died after falling from a tipper in Ramechhap. On Sunday afternoon, 32-year-old Narayan Basnet of Manthali-4 Salu Archle died after falling from the tipper No. 301003 K 5764 while going to Manthali-4 Salu by taking sand from Sukajor River in Manthali Municipality-1 Bhaiseshwar, district police office Ramechhap said.
Spokesperson of District Police Office Ramechhap Police Inspector Kaushal Neupane said that the person who fell from the tipper while he was injured died during treatment at Tamakoshi Hospital in Manthali, the headquarters of Basnet. According to him, the tipper and driver, Manthali-5, Kumar Karki, 34, of Sunarpani, have been detained by the police and are being investigated.
