The police have arrested a young man on charges of extortion. The arrested is a 22-year-old youth from Banepa Municipality, according to the Banepa Area Police Office.
The victim's family lodged a complaint against the young man at the local police office Banepa on 8th of December . After the complaint, the young man was arrested on Monday.
The area police office Banepa has informed that the arrested person is being investigated by extending the deadline of five days.
