The central officials have not finalized the legislation . The draft law is being discussed in the Politburo. It will be forwarded to the Central Committee, Congress Delegates . This is the method of discussing the amendment of the statute. After passing the legislative convention, the national convention gives the final shape. Therefore, it cannot be said that the legislation has been finalized.

Why did you and President KP Sharma Oli have a heated argument?

I raised the issue of the internal life of the party in a methodical manner. In the past, the president held a philosophical political, ideological and programmatic point of view .
