Action has been taken to punish honest leaders-activists: Bhim Rawal

The UML central secretariat meeting has taken action against former vice president Bhim Rawal, not even the organized members, as he had expressed against the policy of the party. After the action, Rawal accused it of being an autocratic move by President KP Sharma Oli. A brief conversation with Rawal on this matter.

Why was the action taken against you without giving an answer to the explanation asked for expressing against the party policy?

After I was a candidate for president in the 10th Congress of UML, I was trying to suppress my voice . Under the same series, an alleged explanation was asked on November 4 to suppress the voices raised in favor of the country and the people.  I did not think it proper to answer the alleged explanation asked in an autocratic style. This action has been taken to impose a dictatorship on the government and the party.

You are said to have been prosecuted for doing something detrimental to the party, right?

I raised my voice in favor of the country, the people and the party from the past . The Communist Party must be guided by the people. KP Oli's style was against the policy of the Communist Party. His actions were not patriotic. This action will not change my stance towards the country and the people.

Since the honest workers of UML stand for justice and equality, I believe that they will support me . This is KP Oli's autocratic, arbitrary, dictatorial tendencies. Suppressing voices raised in favor of the country and the people, in favor of the Constitution of Nepal. This action is done to make others feel bad. Actions are motivated to please the party and the government.

What is your political path now?

There is nothing to think about immediately . I will not let the flag of self-respect that I have raised for five decades fall . Respecting everyone's suggestions, advice and opinion, my steps will move forward .
