When I started suffering from shortages, I was determined to go abroad at first. However, the heart did not agree. I didn't have the courage to stay away from the children. Still, the family had to run. The cost of educating the children in a good school was also increasing the concern. At this time, I myself started a snack and chat shop eight years ago, even though I was still young.
The same shop has now become the basis of running a family and teaching children. Now I am 35 years old . There is a house in Khadak municipality-2 Siswa Velhi village. Well, I went to New Delhi, India to work at the age of 14. I worked in a company there for 13 years .
When I was working as a 'safe' in an Indian company, I also kept my wife with me . There used to be four people working under me. In the same period, a big son was born . No matter where you go to earn, you have to return home one day. I also returned after a long stay . I came back thinking that I would do something in the village . However, there was no atmosphere here.
At that time, most of the youth of the village were going to countries including Khadi. When I saw that everyone was going abroad, I was wondering if I would go abroad too. But, looking at the faces of my son and wife, I couldn't take courage. The wife also said not to go.
Then I was forced to think again . And I decided not to go abroad. However, there was still a dilemma about what to do after living in their own village. He had no skills other than cooking. South Indian and Chinese food comes to cook deliciously . That's why the idea of opening a hotel also came. However, I will open a hotel by investing more and if it doesn't work, I saw the danger of increasing the problem and thought of opening a breakfast and snack shop .
Thinking about what others would say, I was getting confused. The day was passing thinking. Why should I be ashamed to do my own business? Again business is not small/big . After playing all these things in my mind, I decided to open a shop .
I started looking for crowded places . Finally, I found a shutter on the west side of the road in Balan Bihul Rural Municipality-1 Chanhi Chowk. I started the business by having a 'stall' of snacks and snacks right in front of the shutter. I open the shop from 8 am. After that, the line of customers began to form from early morning. It started to be crowded with customers more than expected. I started to feel like making snacks and snacks.
Even now, I am happy to work standing up all day . I don't have time to sit. The shop closes only at 7 pm. Fresh and delicious breakfast and hot drinks keep the customers busy till the evening . I give breakfast for 40 rupees . I put one 10 rupees potato chop and two 10 rupees dumplings in it . Chatpatte is given for a minimum of 20 rupees .
I will buy cooking oil, spices, murhi, onion, potatoes and chickpeas for breakfast and snacks. I also pay the rent of the shutters 4 thousand rupees per month . You have to pay more for electricity. 4 to 5 thousand snacks and snacks are sold throughout the day . If you talk about profit in it, it will be from one thousand to 1200 after deducting all the expenses.
is no longer a matter of being satisfied with your earnings! I am completely satisfied . Because, since running the house, I have been able to teach my two sons in boarding school . 8 years old Manmol 3 and younger son Aditya are studying in class 2 . From that income, I save two/four money for their future and medical treatment.
Home is not too far from here . However, with the little money I earned in Delhi and the money collected by this shop, I also bought land in this municipality. Now I have built a 5-room concrete house on it . I have realized that there is not much problem for those who want to eat in their own village . Rather than going to another country and suffering, it is a joy to be the owner and live with your family.
