The National Examination Board has made the results of SEE 2082 public. Education Secretary Chudamani Paudel informed that 65.98 percent of students passed the SEE. This year, there has been an improvement of 4.17 percent in the results compared to the previous year. Last year, 61.81 percent of students passed the SEE.

Earlier, the government had announced that the results would be published within a month of the end of the exam. Arrangements were made to check the answer sheets at the examination centers to publish the results quickly. The board made the SEE results public on Monday night, 29 days after the end of the exam.

A total of 512,421 students participated in the SEE that ended on Chaitra 29. Of which 257,613 girls, 254,801 boys and 7 other students participated in the exam. 23 students from Everest School in Japan participated in the exam. The exam was conducted at 1,966 exam centers across the country.
