The ministry has stated that students who are going to study abroad, have gone to study abroad and are currently studying abroad will be facilitated with the issue of Foreign Study Permit (NOC) from the cell.

It is stated that their problems and complaints will be facilitated and heard from the cell. The ministry has issued a notice on Friday to keep problems and complaints on the phone number and email of the branch.

The ministry has been issuing Foreign Study Permit (NOC) to students who have applied online through the NOC online portal. Although the Ministry of Education is operating in Singha Durbar, the branch has been kept in Sanothimi for the accessibility and convenience of students.
