Committee chairman Ammar Bahadur Thapa submitted the report in the Friday meeting of the House of Representatives. Presenting the report, Chairman Thapa said that the Bill was enriched by formal and informal discussions with all concerned parties. The committee passed it in Thursday's meeting.
President Thapa also expressed his belief that the law that is going to be changed after a long time will bring significant improvement in the field of school education.

The Maoist Center has different opinions on five points, including that the provision of scholarships provided by private schools should be as per the proposal of the parliamentary sub-committee.
The National Independent Party has different opinions on three points, including the need for a full scholarship and accommodation, while the National Democratic Party has different opinions on making private schools non-profit.
