Nepali Congress Member of Parliament Chandra Bhandari has said that the necessary subject of increasing the use of technology should be included in the school curriculum.
Speaking at the meeting of Education, Health and Information Technology Committee held at Singh Darbar on Thursday, he made such a demand. He said that the teachers are now objecting to the transfer clause and said that it should be written clearly that they can be transferred to an empty place.
He said that it is inevitable to add technology to the curriculum. He said that professors should not be allowed to open any new associations as it is mentioned that the professors should not be involved in politics, they should not join their professional associations, and they should focus on the school.
He said, "Professors are told not to do politics, not to join their professional associations, to focus on the school, and it should be written that professors are not allowed to open another organization." Either should join the association. Otherwise, it should be written that associations and institutions will not be allowed to open. In the
committee meeting, the discussion on the report of the committee regarding School Education Bill, 2080 is continuing.
