The results of this year's Secondary Education Examination (SEE) have been prepared to be announced within a week. Ganesh Prasad Bhattarai, Examination Controller of Class 10 at the Sanothimi Examination Control Office under the National Examination Board, said that the final preparations for publishing the results of the SEE examination are going on at a fast pace.
Stating that the work of entering the score after completing the examination and revision of the answer sheet, he said, 'We have prepared a date line to publish the results within the third week of June, the staff members are working at a fast pace in double shifts. Now the work of number entry and registration is going on. If the work is done quickly, if the technology supports us, we can push forward from the third week and announce the results within a week, for that we are working day and night.'
Although the schedule was made to publish the results by June 6th, the results were delayed due to the teachers' street protests in Kathmandu from Chait 20th, 2081 to Baisakh 17th, 2082.
About 500,000 students participated in the SEE exam which was conducted from 7th March to 19th March 2081.
