The 13th solo painting exhibition of painter Bhim Prasad Sharma was concluded on Saturday. Painting exhibition related to yoga and spirituality started in Kathmandu from Sunday. It was named 'Kundalini-2'. In which 37 paintings of Sharma were on display. Among them, 11 paintings have been sold, Sharma said.

About 5,000 people watched the painting exhibition organized by the Nepal Tourism Board. Sharma said that people from the country and abroad have come to see the paintings drawn with the theme of the seven chakras and how they are practiced.

He said that the exhibition was viewed with enthusiasm from the young to the old. He says, "The painting exhibition went as expected. I was happy and surprised to see the love and fascination shown by the present young generation towards painting. Seeing people's attachment and inclination towards art and sadhana, and trying to learn about the subject of paintings and sadhana with interest, has given us a lot of self-satisfaction. The program became worthwhile.'   The topic of seven chakras of Kundalini and how to practice them was presented through

pictures. Various subjects from hand postures were included in the pictures related to meditation, yoga and sadhana. The book 'Kundalini Yoga' written by painter Sharma was also released in the event.
