Painting exhibition related to yoga and spirituality has started in Kathmandu from Sunday. Painter Bhim Prasad Sharma has put on display at the tourism board at Bhrikutimanda, a painting depicting the seven chakras and how they are practiced.
This is Sharma's 13th solo painting exhibition . It has been named 'Kundalini-2', in which 37 paintings have been put on display . In the
exhibition, Sharma's seven chakras of Kundalini and how to practice them are presented. Various subjects from hand postures are included in the pictures related to meditation, yoga and sadhana. The exhibition will run till Friday. In the
event, the book 'Kundalini Yoga' written by painter Sharma was released by Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Badri Pandey. He said that painting, yoga and sadhana should be promoted in Nepal. He said that Yoga and Sadhana should be developed by handing them over to the new generation.
