Police seized bindi worth Rs 323,200 brought in by evading customs from India in Dasharathchand Municipality-6, Danibagar on Saturday evening.
The bindi was recovered after it was left unattended in a bush by the roadside, informed District Police Baitadi spokesperson Police Inspector Bhuwan Prasad Timilsena.
The incident of the bindi being abandoned is being investigated and the recovered bindi will be sent to the Mahakali Customs Office, Jhulaghat, said spokesperson Timilsena.
