Similarly, a case has been filed against the then chairman of Badikedar Rural Municipality Doti, Krishna Bahadur Chand, vice-chairman Indra Kumari Bohara, and acting chief administrative officer Deepak Raj Jaishi for causing loss and damage by not collecting revenue from the contract for renting out excavators by the same rural municipality.
Similarly, another case has been filed today against accountant Yubaraj Bhatta, sub-engineer of the rural municipality Dan Bahadur Pechera, and operator of Bhagarathi Nirman Sewa Dhangadhi Kailali Pashupati Joshi and authorized person Keshav Bahadur Bam, demanding a fine of Rs 46,95,600 and imprisonment, informed the Commission's spokesperson Suresh Neupane.
