Seven policemen fainted during a 200-meter run as part of the Armed Police Force's basic training at the Nepal Revenue and Industrial Training School in Tikapur, Kailali on Friday. 

The fainted soldiers, Chitra Bahadur Thapa Magar, Man Bahadur Basnet, Dhiraj Thapa, Suresh Shahi, Bal Bahadur Basnet and Kiran Nath Yogi, were sent to Surkhet from Tikapur by a Nepali Army helicopter and from Surkhet to Kathmandu by an army sky truck, according to the Armed Police Force's 7th Battalion. 

One of the fainted soldiers is being treated at Om Krishna Hospital in Tikapur, according to the Battalion.  The Armed Police Force's Battalion Office said that the incident occurred due to extreme heat while conducting some complicated training on Friday, as Saturday and Sunday are holidays.
