An agriculture, tourism, art, culture and industrial trade festival is to be organized in Dadeldhura from Chaitra 12 to Baisakh 10. The festival will be held at the district's open stage, Tundikhel. The National Musicians' Association Dadeldhura district branch informed through a press conference on Sunday that preparations for the festival are progressing rapidly. The organizers have stated that the
festival is being organized this year with special emphasis on entertainment and cultural preservation. According to the association's district president Ganesh KC, the festival aims to preserve local art and culture and attract the audience through various musical and cultural programs. Along with the display and sale of local agricultural products, various business stalls will be set up at the
festival. In addition, musical performances by national and local artists will be the main attraction. The organizers have stated that a spinning wheel, children's park, various sports and other entertainment materials will also be included for the entertainment of the audience and targeting children.
The entry fee for the festival is Rs 100 for the general public and Rs 50 for students based on their identity card. Free entry has been arranged for the disabled and senior citizens.
Recalling that a similar festival was organized last year, the organizers have stated that preparations are being made to make the program more attractive and organized this time.
