Padma Public Mukti Narayan Secondary School, an old community school in Doti, established in 2004 BS, has organized a district-level inter-school cricket tournament on the occasion of its 76th anniversary.

Secondary schools operating in Doti district will be able to participate in the cricket competition to be held from Magh 20. According to the school administration, the competition is not limited to sports competition but is organized with the aim of developing discipline, cooperation and leadership among students. Schools wishing to participate in the competition must register their teams by Push 30. During team registration, it has been made mandatory to include the name, class, EMIS number and photo of the player.

A total of 17 people, including 15 players, a captain and a manager, can participate in a team. The game will be played with 15 overs per innings and the age of the participating players must not have exceeded 19 years.

Cash prizes have been arranged to make the competition, which will be organized with the financial support of Dipayal Siliguri Municipality, more attractive. The first-place team will receive a cash prize of Rs 75,000, the second-place team will receive Rs 50,000 and the third-place team will receive a cash prize of Rs 25,000.

According to the school's principal, Keshav Raj Ojha, students will have to wear school uniforms or sports uniforms during the games, and all personal expenses related to the games will be borne by the school concerned. The organizing school has stated that the field where the games will be held and other necessary arrangements will be made. 

The school will also organize a science exhibition competition on Magh 8. Secondary level schools will also be able to participate in this competition.
