Two people have been arrested with hashish from the district headquarters Khalanga Bazaar area.

Police have arrested two people with 31 grams of hashish from the district headquarters, Khalanga, on Monday evening.

According to the District Police Office, the arrested are Bijay Tamta, 22, a resident of Huti, Beas Rural Municipality-6, and Dhiraj Luhar, 21, a resident of Khalanga Bazaar. 

A patrol team searched the two and recovered 31 grams of hashish, said District Police Spokesperson Inspector Hemraj Bhatta.
