A wild tiger was found dead in Bhageshwor Rural Municipality-4 of Dadeldhura on Wednesday. The Division Forest Office, Dadeldhura, said that the wild tiger, about two years old, was found dead in the area surrounded by Pwal Bhatte village in the east, Dhami village in the west, Bhagwati Temple in the north, and Banduwa farm in the south.
A team from the Forest Office reached the spot after receiving information that the wild tiger was found dead. The Division Forest Office stated that the team completed the necessary procedures and brought the dead wild tiger to the office premises.

The office stated that further investigation into the cause of its death is underway as the wild tiger is a rare wildlife species. Local residents near the forest area have been requested to be vigilant and inform the forest office if they see any wildlife.
