Two Indian nationals were arrested from Milanchowk, Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-3, along with Rs 2.835 million, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Singh of the District Police Office today.
According to him, when a car with Indian UP 31 CN 1175 number driven by Harchit Gupta of Lakhimpur Khiri Paliya, India was checked from Milanchowk, Sagar Gupta of the same place was arrested along with Nepali rupees of undisclosed origin.
The police have taken him into custody and further investigation is underway.
