Out of the 52 people who escaped from the children's reform home in Doti, 32 have been returned.
Sanumaya Limbu, head of the Children's Correctional Home, informed that 32 of the 52 people who escaped from the Children's Correctional Home during the night of last August 24 have been detained till Saturday.
According to him, some of the runaways were handed in by themselves, some were handed over by their parents, and some were taken into custody by the police and handed over to juvenile correctional facilities.
Limbu informed that 20 people who were in the correctional facility are still absconding in various cases. Last August 24th, 52 people escaped from the correctional facility, while 1 remained in the correctional facility.
District Administration Office Doti on Saturday, under the coordination of Bhoj Bahadur A.D., issued a search and arrest task force 2082 and asked them to return to the juvenile correctional home.
