17-year-old Apsara Chand of Naughar, Surnaya Rural Municipality-5 of Baitadi was found dead on the banks of Surnaya River last Wednesday morning. She was studying in class 12 at Roleshwar Secondary School Ramkibarail in the village.

Locals informed the police after seeing the body on the river bank in the morning. Police Inspector Baldev Badu, Spokesperson of District Police Office Baitadi, said that the body was confirmed to be local Apsara Chand when the police reached the spot from the area police office Patan.

Apsara's father, who is in India for work, has come home after learning about the incident. Apsara's grandfather Veer Bahadur Chand said that the body has been cremated after post-mortem at District Hospital Baitadi. Apsara is the elder of two siblings. He has a younger brother .

Apsara forced the victim family to commit suicide and  Relatives have suspected . Along with the photo of Apsara  The family says that a Facebook ID was created a few days ago by attaching a photo of a local youth and that may have caused him to commit suicide. They have filed a complaint in the name of Bharat Vik in the district police office for inciting suicide.  How did the

event happen?

A few days ago, a Facebook ID named 'Apsara Bharat Vishwakarma' was created. After the photo of both was edited and the profile picture was kept, there was a sensation among Apsara's friends . Many people came to know about this because they tagged many people by posting from this ID. The news also reached the school administration.

Bir Bahadur, Apsara's elder father, is also a teacher of Apsara's school. Bharat and Apsara are friends who study together . Bir Bahadur said that the school administration questioned both of them on August 31st.

During the interrogation, Bharat told the school administration that he did not create an ID, but others created a fake ID and that there was no such relationship between Apsara and him. Apsara also said that there is no relationship between the two. On the same day, his elder father suspects that Apsara may have jumped into the Surnaya river after leaving the house.

"She didn't have any different behavior at home, she was fine, we didn't know when she left the house at night," he said.

Bir Bahadur says that the reason for the death was the same Facebook ID, so he filed a complaint for investigation. Baitadi Police Spokesperson Police Inspector Baldev Badu said, "I filed a complaint for investigation because my brother-in-law is deranged," he said, "Let the innocent not be caught, the guilty be punished."
