A house has been destroyed by a landslide in Lekam rural municipality-5 of Darchula.
Baldevsinh Bohra, president of Ward No. 5, said that the 2-storey, 2-room house of Birsingh Bohra of Pid was destroyed by a landslide that fell with the night's rain.
According to him, the house collapsed due to landslides under the house. He said that there was no other damage because the belongings in the house and the animals in the shed were taken out before the house collapsed.
