Illegally imported chicken chicks from India have been seized and destroyed. The police destroyed the chicken chicks recovered from Brahmadev area on Monday.

According to DSP Sagar Bohra of District Police Office Kanchanpur, 360 chickens have been destroyed. According to him, recently, due to the spread of word flu in the district of Uttarakhand, Uttarakhand, India, which has a border with Nepal, the border has been tightened and vigilance has also been adopted. 

"All the rescued chicks have been destroyed," DSP Bohra said, "Since word flu infection has been seen in India, everyone should be vigilant." 

The government has banned the import of poultry and poultry products from India. Dhankrishna Adhikari, Animal Health Technician of Animal Quarantine Check Post, Gaddachouki, said that after the spread of word flu, the checkpoints should be tightened and poultry traders should be alert.
