A young man has died due to electric shock in Kailali. 20-year-old Yudhishthir Budhamgar died in Deepnagar, Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-17 of the district.
While cutting a branch of a haldu tree near his house, he was seriously injured due to electric current when he touched the high tension line.
He was taken to Seti Provincial Hospital for treatment. But the doctor declared him dead during the examination, Kailali district police office informed.
