In the last one year, 77 vehicle accidents have occurred in Dadeldhura. In that accident, 14 people lost their lives and many others were injured.

According to District Traffic Police Office Dadeldhura, six men, six women and two children were among the dead. "The main cause of the traffic accident is speeding, violation of rules and negligence of the driver," said Deputy Inspector of Police (Pranani) Hark Bahadur Saud, Head of Traffic Office.
