With the connivance of Municipal Agriculture Branch Chief Deepak Raj Bista and Veterinary Technician Jan Singh Dhami (son of Municipal Chief Vijay Singh Dhami) it was found that treasurer Janaki Dhami and Secretary Manju Dhami of Shailyashikhar-6 Malikarjun Leader Farmers Group, who are still alive, have prepared false documents stating that they have died.
It has been found that the head of the agriculture branch, Bista, has recommended the bank for account renewal saying that a living person has died.
