Seven goats died due to electrocution. In Badikedar rural municipality ward number 3 of the district, seven goats were killed by a sudden current while they were grazing on the ground near an electric pole.
Residents informed that seven goats belonging to local Bhim Bahadur Saund and Bhagiram Saund died when the goats were grazing in the forest near the village.
Bhairav Bahadur Saund, Chairman of Badikedar Rural Municipality, said that it is necessary to check the electricity leakage and current flow conditions in detail during the rainy season.
He said, "Some time ago, a bull died in Ward No. 4 Mannakapadi. Goats are dead today, it is necessary to test the current flow and leakage conditions to prevent human losses tomorrow.'
