The Sports Council under the Ministry of Social Development is responsible for leading the activities of sports development in the province. The tenure of the member-secretary, who will be provided with eleventh level service facilities, is four years.

According to which, the part of the member-secretary of the sports council, which is considered important, has been taken by the Congress, the leading party of the government.
