The Sudurpaschim Province Government has presented the policy and program for the financial year 082/083 in the Provincial Assembly on Friday. As in the past, many attractive slogans and campaign programs have been mentioned in the policies and programs of the coming financial year presented by the provincial chief Nazir Mian.
Under enterprise development, 'One district - one enterprise', 'Let us produce - let us identify', Slogans such as 'one local level - two products' have been given. Under the agricultural sector, support to farmers - technical services at home, complete vaccination campaign for animals and birds has been organized. In the development program of the tourism sector, it is said that 'Tourism infrastructure - the basis of a prosperous province', 'Bakavir tourism promotion program' will be conducted.
The slogan 'community forest - the wealth of the state' has been given to the forest sector. In the field of health, slogans such as 'Chief Minister's Health Reform and Nutrition Security Program', 'Technology in Health - Acceleration to Prosperity', 'All Mothers' Rights - Safe Pregnancy and Safe Life', 'Healthy Citizens for the Prosperity of the Province', 'One Hour - for Yourself', 'Healthy Children', 'Strong Women and Respected Senior Citizens - Far West's Commitment' have been put in the policies and programs.
Sudurpaschim government has said that it will organize provincial investment and development conference in the coming financial year. The Chief Minister's poverty alleviation and small business program, the startup program in the state as well, the state-level industrial zone establishment program in Kailali's Dudejhari are also included in the policies and programs. As in the past, the program to provide subsidies to farmers on the interest of agricultural loans and various subsidies to farmers is included in the presented policy and program.
It is mentioned in the policy and program that one hundred high return projects of the state government will be selected and implemented and projects of state pride and multi-year projects will be implemented with priority. It is said that the CM will set up an 'Action Room' to monitor the pride projects of the state. Under
education, it is said to operate a science and technology university in Tikapur of Kailali, to operate a residential school for children with intellectual disabilities, and to operate one model campus in all nine districts. It has been said that a secondary school in the state assembly constituency will be made a model school under the Jai Prithvi Bahadur Singh educational infrastructure development and school education quality improvement program.
Similarly, interested students who are in the process of completing graduation and post-graduation have been mobilized as internships and volunteers. Within the field of sports, the program of honoring and encouraging the best players by making a provincial sports policy, and building 'one district, one cricket ground' is also mentioned in the policy and program. Healthy children, strong women and respected senior citizen decade program (082-092) is said to be conducted.
Similarly, like the previous year, the topic of advancing the infrastructure construction process in the capital of Far West Province is also included in the policy and program. For the prosperity of the province, a health sector reform program has been organized by giving the slogan of healthy citizens.
Hospitals such as Jogbudha in Dadeldhura, Gokuleshwar in Darchula, Belauri in Kanchanpur will be made state-level, and the ownership and management of Bayalpata Hospital in Acham will be brought under the state government and operated as a state-level hospital.
