Keshavraj Ojha, head of the education branch of Lekam rural municipality, died after being hit by a stone falling from above while returning home from Rithachoupata of Lekam rural municipality.

The police said that he was seriously injured in an accident at Lekam Rural Municipality-4 Godali on Monday evening while returning home on his motorcycle after completing the educational program of the rural municipality.

According to the area police office Rithachoupat, Ojha, who is the head of education, youth and sports department of the rural municipality, was injured by a stone falling from above in Godali. He was seriously injured and was taken to Gokuleshwar Hospital after receiving first aid at the local health post.

Ram Dutt Joshi, President of Lekam Rural Municipality, said that the doctor declared Ojha dead when he was taken to Gokuleshwar Hospital for treatment.
