Three women, including Danmati Shahi, deputy head of District Coordination Committee Achham, have been arrested. She was elected from the Nepali Congress. A case has been filed against them for abusive behavior.

At the same time, a case was filed in the name of Bakhat Shahi, Ganesh Shahi, Ramesh Shahi, Devendra Shahi and Lalit Bahadur Shahi for inhuman and degrading treatment. Ramesh Shahi, Devendra Shahi and Lalit Bahadur Shahi were released on bail of 125,000 after being detained in the same case. During the
, after the arrest warrant was issued in the name of Shahi and Ganesh Shahi, they absconded. When they finally appeared in court, Shahi was released on bail of 225,000 and Ganesh Shahi on bail of 125,000. They were the ones who were released from bail and registered a case of inhumane and humiliating behavior against Deputy Chief Shahi through the public prosecutor's office. After the police refused to register a case of the same nature on the same day, they proceeded with the case process from the public prosecutor's office. Deputy Chief Shahi was arrested by the police on May 17 after obtaining an arrest warrant from the court.
According to DSP Ishwari Prasad Bhandari, Chief of Police of District Police Office Achham, about 8 cases of different nature have been brought to the police office against 97 people of Panchdeval Vinayak Municipality-4 Kalikasthan after the dispute regarding the issue of local elections. "Both parties are constantly accusing each other and filing lawsuits." A case has been filed against 97 people from the same village," he said, "There is a case in the name of all except children under 10 years of age. After the case was not resolved through reconciliation, the police has started the process of action on the registered case.
