A dead body of a man was found on the river bank of Darchula and Baitadi border. The body of a 45-year-old man was found abandoned on Wednesday afternoon, police said.

According to the District Police Office, the body of a 45-year-old man was found on the banks of the Chaulani River in Lekam Rural Municipality-1 Khetali.

The body has not yet been identified. Kantiraj Joshi, Information Officer of District Police Office Darchula, said that the body is now kept in Gokuleswar Hospital.
