Nine-year-old Prajwal is ahead. She is walking with her hand on his shoulder - Yashoda Chaudhary. 42-year-old Asharam Choudhary is seen taking slow steps backwards and forwards while holding the hem of his dhoti and leaning on the iron rod.

Yashoda and Asharam are a blind couple. Their son Prajwal is guiding them every day. On Thursday afternoon, near the busy Madan Chowk of Mahendranagar market, the Chaudhary couple were carrying incense sticks and incense sticks in a bag on their backs. With the support of their minor son, they are going to the village market to sell incense sticks.

'We have been making a living by selling incense sticks for two years,' said Asharam, 'now our son is out of school, he is driving us around, when school starts, we have to walk alone.' Chaudhary couple has been selling incense sticks in Mahendranagar for two days.

Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city of Kailali-12 The Chaudhary family of Jugeda 'A' village reaches the market from the rural areas of Kailali and Kanchanpur to sell incense sticks. They came from Dhangadhi to Mahendranagar on Wednesday. Their daughter's marriage has taken place in Bhimdatta Municipality-6 Aithpur. Yashoda's Maiti also lives in Bhimadatta-12 Airi . ``I met my daughter now, incense sticks were also sold,'' said Yashoda. Since many people prefer it, they plan to do business in this area for a few days . The incense sticks and incense they sell come from Kathmandu. For that sale they get 30% commission .

Chaudhary couple said that if they all get together and sell 2-3 thousand a day, they will earn up to 7/800. ``We earn 20/25 thousand in a month, from which all our expenses are covered,'' Asharam said, ``It is easy when my son is on vacation, but it becomes difficult when he goes to school.'' Both of them are born blind.

Asharam started this work from Pokhara two years ago. At that time, he was selling incense sticks alone in Pokhara. After slowly learning the job, he started reaching Kathmandu. He worked in Pokhara and Kathmandu for three to four months. After that they are doing the same thing back home. He has a son and a daughter . Daughter got married a year ago . Son Prajwal is studying in class 5 in Dhangadhi.

The couple said that they are going from village to village to sell incense sticks for their son's studies. Before selling agarbatti and incense sticks, they were living on the social security allowance they received. But as they are not able to bring food and other expenses with that alone, they are engaged in selling incense even though they are genten dulerai.
