A tourist police station has been established at Doti.

Banjisinh Khadka (Vijay) said that a temporary tourist police station has been established in Dipayal Silagadi Municipality of Doti for the safety of tourists visiting Khaptad and nearby tourist areas.

Mayor Khadka said that the post was established with the initiative of Dipayal Silgarhi Municipality and with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation with the aim of preventing mistreatment of tourists, making them feel safe and extending their stay, controlling those involved in criminal activities and guiding tourists.
