An Immigrant Resource Center (help room) has been operated in Baitadi for the purpose of providing information about safe foreign employment.

The Immigrant Resource Center has been brought into operation with the support of the Safe Migration Program (SAMI) run by the Ministry of Social Development of the Far West.

The resource center established within the district administration office will provide information for safe foreign employment, provide information and consultation about documents required for foreign employment, and facilitate work.

Center was inaugurated by Saraswati Khadka, Minister of State for Social Development of Far West. While inaugurating the Resource Center on Wednesday, State Minister Khadka said that some citizens have been cheated due to lack of information about foreign employment.
