In this way, it has been revealed that the documents submitted for obtaining permission are fake and such work was done under the leadership of Chhatraraj Timilsaina, secretary of the committee.

The Community Forest Consumer Committee held a general meeting on February 12th and after submitting the document to the Forest Division office about the decision to sell the forest produce, it agreed for 13,000 kg of Chotro produce.

Chairman of Forest Committee Jai Prakash Upadhyay said that since he was out of the district for 6 months, there was no committee meeting and general meeting on that date. "The attendance of the meeting held a year ago has been prepared as the general assembly of February 12th. I am the chairman of the forest committee. I have been in Kailali for 6 months. "I have come to know that I have taken the consent of the forest harvest by preparing the construction documents," he said.

Khagendra Upadhyay of Kamalbazar-5 said that by misusing the signature made at the meeting of the forest a year ago, the consent of the forest harvest was taken.
