Shuklaphanta Municipality is going to transfer a community school teacher who has been teaching in the same school for five years.
The decision to transfer former principals, teachers who have spent five years in the same school, teachers working on city learning support grants, teachers working on relief grants and child development teachers has been decided by the executive committee. The municipality also said that they will be transferred to a school within the city area.
Teachers who want to be transferred should apply to the education branch of the municipality with the priority order of at least five schools, according to Ramesh Bahadur Air, the coordinator of the principal management task force under the school adjustment vacancy matching level. "The report for the transfer of the teacher to the public school within the city area has been submitted to the executive committee for decision," he said. According to
coordinator Ayer, 63 city teachers, 72 teachers consisting of 9 federal grant teachers, 73 permanent primary level teachers, 16 lower secondary level teachers, and 8 permanent high school teachers will be managed.
Likewise, two high school teachers, 50 primary school teachers, 23 lower secondary school teachers, 24 middle school teachers, eight former high school teachers and 65 child development teachers will be managed. It has been suggested that the task force should also manage the employees working in the
school. It is said that the report will be implemented after consultation with experts related to the education sector, retired officials of the pre-education sector, school management officials, teachers, etc.
Earlier, 28 headmasters and 24 teachers were managed in the community schools on the recommendation of the working group. Four schools with low student numbers were adjusted and two schools were matched. There are 28 public schools in the city.
Tikendraraj Bhatta, head of the education branch of the municipality, said that the school's physical problems, educational problems and teacher management will be included in the 10-year city education plan. "We have tried to improve the examination system in a timely manner by conducting school-level educational activities regularly," he said.
