In the video, three men and two women are carrying a woman on a steep hill. Sometimes his head falls on the ground on a difficult road, and everyone around him picks him up and carries him a little further, then puts him on the ground. All of them take him by the hands and legs and take him to the place where the road is with difficulty.

In the background, a woman can be heard crying and pleading, ``This Marihali, save it God''. One of the men says to take him to the hospital. Someone is heard saying 'Sal bhi icekya ho ?' . In another video, the same woman is embraced by another woman on the road. There is one man and three women on the other side .

The woman who takes him in her arms often touches his hands and feet . Ghari gala mursachch . When the woman in her arms does not stir, she hugs and starts to cry .

While the woman holding him in his arms was crying, "Hatkhutta Chisa Bhaigya", the man who shot the video said, "Don't cry, don't cry". Teeth open or barber . Nothing happens . He reminds the crying woman that Pakh has fainted. Together with 'Barbad Bhaigo . It is like this, what to do now?' The man who shot the

video is Padam Prasad Bhatt, a ward member of Kedarsyun rural municipality-1. This incident happened on Monday morning in Dudil village of the same ward. These videos taken while trying to take a woman suffering from labor pain to a health facility are now going viral on social media.

21-year-old Savita Bohra of Dudil lost her life and her newborn baby also died in the incident as she could not be taken to the health institution on time.

Although there were signs of labor pain from Sunday afternoon, this incident happened when the family tried to take the family to the health institution only after having problems. On Monday morning, around 3 o'clock in the morning, Savita's family walked her from home to take her to the health institution. She gave birth to her son on the way around 5 o'clock in the morning after reaching some distance from the house. Due to failure to reach the hospital in time, childbirth and infant died on the way

"We rushed to the hospital as soon as my sister-in-law started having a stomach ache," her Nanda Devkala Bohra said, "Within 10 minutes of walking from home, I felt sick and couldn't walk anymore." A child was also born in the same place. After that he fainted. She said that after the baby fainted shortly after birth, she informed Bhatt, a member of the ward whose house is nearby.

Bhatt, who is involved in the rescue operation, says that Savita's life would have been saved if she had been taken to the health institution on time. As soon as I got the news, I called the Deura primary health center at 5:30 in the morning. Did not wake up twice. After 15 minutes, Seahab called from there . I told them to send an ambulance,'' says Bhatt. By that time, he had already died.'

There is a Deura primary health post with a specialist doctor at half an hour's road distance from the incident site. He said that after the call of the health post did not pick up, he also called many autos running on the local route, but no one agreed to come.

Chief administrative officer of Kedarsyun Rural Municipality, who is also the head of Deura Primary Health Center. Rohit Giri also said that if they were able to reach the health institution on time, the chances of saving the life of the woman and the newborn baby could be greater. He said that after receiving the information about the incident, an ambulance was sent with two health workers, but by the time the health workers arrived, the mother and the child had died. "We would have had a free ambulance service if we had reported the pain as soon as it started." Such an accident happened because the news came late," he said.

When he was taken to the health center, the clothes of the deceased were completely covered with blood, so he said that he may have died due to excessive bleeding. He also said that the baby born at 5 o'clock in the morning may have died due to cold.

"It is difficult for an adult to go out at 5 am in winter," he said, "the newborn was also premature." It seems that she has died due to hypothermia.' A few days ago, when Savita was examined at the Jhota health post, the health worker gave her a delivery date of 26th January.

The deceased Savita, who was Doti's wife in Siliguri, was married last May. Her husband has gone to Bangalore, India for work. After a month of marriage, he went to India. After hearing the news of his wife's death, the family said that he was about to come home.

It takes one hour to walk from Dudil village to the center of the village to reach the health center. Above this village is Kanada and a little below Seem village. Where 110 families live. It takes about three hours to walk from Canada to Deura. Last year too, a midwife in this village had to lose a five-day-old newborn baby due to lack of timely health care .

"Since winning the election, we ran from the center to the state saying that we need a birthing center here," says Bhatt, a member of the ward. If the birthing center had been built, this situation would not have happened.''

"When we asked for the building of the birthing center from the state and the center, we have decided to build it with the resources of the municipality now," Ganesh Bahadur Bohra, chairman of the rural municipality, said, "Even if it is in a rented house, we are also looking for a house to use it." In the meantime, such a tragic incident happened.' He said that due to the lack of health awareness among the people here, they do not go to the health institutions on time.

Even in the year 2079, a pregnant woman from Viralsain village here died on the way when she was taken to the hospital late. In Bajhang, due to lack of timely health care, pregnant and delivery women are losing their lives every year. Just last October, a pregnant woman from Mashta rural municipality died on the way to the hospital due to excessive bleeding.

According to the data of Health Office Bajhang, four newborns died in Bajhang in 2079/080. 080/081 Three mothers and five infants died. Out of the three deceased mothers, one died in the health institution and two died outside the health institution, said Cuttack Saraki, the data officer of the office. He said that two mothers and five infants have died till this period of the current financial year. "This figure is based on the cases that have been reported to our office," he said.
