Manju Malasi has won as the president of CPN UML Doti. In the elections held on Monday, she defeated Sher Bahadur Malla by a margin of 44 votes. Out of 412 votes, Malasi got 215 votes while Malla got 171 votes.

Malasi CPN-UML leader Bhim Rawal is considered close while Malla KP Oli is known as a close leader.

Similarly, Khagendra Badaila has won the post of vice president. He got 111 votes and beat all the competitors. Ganesh Bishta got 107 votes, Laxman Malasi 97 votes and Chakra Bahadur Gharti 58 votes for this post.

Malasi panel candidate Padma Bahadur Bhatt won by getting 237 votes for the post of secretary. His nearest competitor Dhan Bahadur Nepali got 119 votes while Jhalak Pali was satisfied with 68 votes.

Dammar Daudi of Manju Panal won the post of Deputy Secretary (open) by getting 152 votes. Bam Bahadur Bam of the Malla panel got 123 votes, while Krishna Kumar Khadka got 67 and Krishna Darlami got 34 votes.

Visna Singh of Manju Panel won the post of Deputy Secretary (Inclusive) by getting 208 votes. His competitor Sassy Soap got 146 votes.

Manju Malasi panel has been dominant in this election. Candidates of Manju panel have won in President, Deputy Secretary (Open) and Deputy Secretary (Inclusive). The candidate of Malasi panel also won the post of secretary.

Crossing the line seen at the center within the party, the candidates had set up panels in the district unannounced and entered the election field.
