What will be the future of this country if the representatives of the people are not interested in the sovereignty and integrity of this country? Will this country last?

The security, geographical integrity and freedom of any country and overall development is done by its people. The same is true for Nepal. Among the old independent countries of the world, Nepal is one such state, where the flag of foreigners has never been hoisted.
This country has never been under any empire. These days, such a country is in a state of disrepair due to the instability of various geo-politics and governance and the lack of visionary approach. As a result, its status seems to be declining.
In the coming days too, if this sequence does not stop, the country will collapse automatically. There is no such country in the world, where there is no data on how many citizens are there and how many are foreigners. But Nepal is such a country, where how many natives are there and how many are foreigners? Which country are they from? There is no record of it.
How many are working in our country, earning money, living indefinitely? Who is doing what where? There is no record of it and the government is not even aware of it. Neither the police or other security agencies here have a record of it. How can Nepal stay safe in such a situation?
Some time ago, while investigating the case of gold smuggling, in Tokha, Budhanilkanth, Gokarna, etc., in Kathmandu, there were found the hoards of foreigners who were involved in gold smelting and illegal activities related to various colors of gold. Similarly, some foreigners are doing farming by renting the land here without any approval. The government does not know this either.
The government is ignorant or even indifferent to the system of keeping news. Not clear. To our south is India, the world's most populous country (1.45 billion), with a population growth rate of around 0.9 percent. Similarly, the country with the second largest population (1.41 billion) to the north is China. In such a situation, a country with a population of 2.96 crores has a big challenge of how to protect its freedom and existence. Our leadership who runs the country does not seem to be interested in this.
The southern border is completely unmanaged and open. Anyone, including foreigners, not only Indians, but also from other countries can easily enter and stay indefinitely. are sitting Be it the Rohingyas who enter Nepal through Bangladesh or other foreigners who cross Nepal to India, they all travel here through open borders. There are no restrictions in our border area.
There is no provision in any treaty between Nepal and India that the border should be kept open. But it is open and anyone can come and go. Since there is no record of it, there is a big threat to our security. Due to these reasons, the Raithane Nepalis who live in our plains or hills and the lands in between are being displaced and are being squeezed economically. A few thousand Nepalis work in India and keep traveling to and from Nepal. In that ocean of
population, these few Nepalis are like a drop of water in the sea. Its impact is minimal in India. But in our case, being a small population and relatively small, the presence of millions of Indians poses a big challenge to us in terms of our security, economic development and other things.
Any criminal or person involved in crime from the south or any person who acts against anyone's interest there can be killed at any time and can come and kill anyone and return easily. The lives of people here are not safe. There is a long list of such incidents. This is something everyone knows. None of us are safe. The government is completely indifferent to this. The Supreme Court has given a mandate in the name of the government to regulate this situation and to do so in detail in the petition filed in the court regarding strengthening the security of the country.
has been said - 'The necessary security system that can be used for the effective management of the open border has been made tighter for surveillance by the security agencies using drones and CCTV. To regulate and manage the traffic in the border area by keeping a record of it.' Both countries will benefit from the implementation of the
mandate. But India seems to be apathetic about it. For the implementation of the decision, the report of the EPG (the author is also a member) consisting of enlightened people from both countries has written about border management, which is not different from the mandate of the court. However, due to India's indifference, the Prime Minister on the Indian side did not want to understand the report and did not want to formally discuss the matter.
From a practical point of view, our border is very open for people coming from India but not for Nepalis. For example, it is open to Indian vehicles to enter Nepal directly after paying a small amount at the customs post and travel or go anywhere in Nepal for a few days. But vehicles from Nepal are not allowed to go to India. A vehicle permit has to be obtained from the Indian embassy and a large amount has to be paid. Due to this disparity, the benefits of tourism in our country are also low. How did this small country survive after such an open border?
Strip maps have been made in all the others, except for some places on the Nepal-India border. The border land of Dasgaja on the southern border of Nepal and India has also been confirmed. So, what's the point of fencing open borders and fences in places other than a few places of movement?
If we do not regulate in this way, illegal traffic will have a big hand in the trade between our two countries and our revenue leakage will also continue to be at a high level. Some individuals or traders may benefit from theft, but common citizens suffer. Even now, the situation of smuggling is such that after paying for goods bought across the border, the goods arrive at home.
This kind of immigration has made it easier but it has put a bigger financial burden on the government of Nepal than on India. India does not seem to be interested in such things. However, in our area, what is the obstacle in the work to be done for our security and economic development?
When meeting MPs, Deputy Prime Ministers, Foreign Ministers, and Home Ministers about implementing the court order for the benefit of the country, they did not show any interest. Such an arrangement is a threat to our neighboring countries as well. The decision of the Supreme Court has been directed by the Directorate of Execution of Decisions dated 2081-07-06 to various ministries and other bodies to implement the said decision Even when sending a letter to break the story, no interest seems to be taken. In short, if the representatives of the people have no interest in the sovereignty and integrity of this country, what will be the future of this country? Is this country? In relation to the implementation of the court order by the government, the responsible prime minister, minister, attorney general and secretaries of the relevant ministries in the government have been informed about the decision and given a copy of the decision and requested to start the implementation according to the decision.
Governments of different parties have come at different times, all of them have been informed about this issue. But no one seemed to be seriously interested in implementing the mandate. What will happen to the state of governance and justice and injustice in this country after the Supreme Court's decision is disregarded? If the situation is similar, millions of people in neighboring India do not have houses.
Some of them have entered Nepal and are living in vacant lands and forests or river banks. They neither have citizenship, nor any official identity card. But they are begging, eating, working, earning or begging. According to the Labor Act, foreigners have to get permission to work in Nepal, but Indians are working without permission. Although it seems that in the Nepal-India Peace and Friendship Treaty of 1950, there is no need to obtain work permits for Indians, that treaty is irrelevant in today's perspective.
What is stopping Indians from keeping a record and updating that record even if they don't get a work permit? What is stopping Indians working in Nepal from submitting records of their work, purpose of stay, place and duration at their nearest police station? What's stopping it from being updated every 6/6 months? How can this small and geopolitically sensitive country maintain its existence and integrity in such a situation?
Now this country will be only an empty land or people too? Or, will foreigners come and live in this land? However, it seems natural in this current system. If we don't care about our country's security and strategic sensitivity, then why do government agencies, ministries and administrations? Employees and ministers who eat benefits for what? For your personal interest or for the country? People are asking this question and it is increasing.
On the one hand, young people who can read, write and have a future have gone abroad without seeing any future in this country. On the other hand, the forced citizens who are unable to feed themselves by farming without any employment here are migrating to the coldest or hottest country in the world to find a job or earn something. India takes $3.016 billion as remittances from Nepal, while Nepal receives around $1 billion as remittances. This imbalance is dangerous. Nepal has a big loss as Indian immigrants take huge amount of money to India.
In our country, there is a constitutional institution called Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority. Which has the right to take action if any person who runs the administration in the country is corrupt, in case of abuse of any administrative authority. But we have to imagine if even a single politician making administrative decisions has not been found to have misused authority in recent times.
There are our political people, who are making administrative decisions. A decision had to be reached that all of them are not involved in corruption. Is that so? Then the country should be prosperous. But will the common people who are suffering come to the same conclusion? Is this the economic and social situation we are experiencing? If this is the case, then it should be said that there is no corruption at that level in this country. If so, why is this country like this again? Who will answer it? The poor people or the employees and politicians who run this country with services from the revenue they pay?
The various protest barriers found on the streets today are the result of this situation. It is now a charlang. In such a situation, we Nepalis had to make a decision. To live in this country and protect this country that is about to be lost? Or, leave your pride and go to other countries to make your bones? Now let's think about this seriously.
In such a situation, Nepalis may lose their country and live as Nepalis in different countries of the world. But they don't have a country. For example, there are Banjaras in India, who have no home address but live everywhere. They roam all over the region and even in Nepal.
