A leopard that entered a house in Manmainju, Tarakeshwor Municipality-10, Kathmandu, has been rescued.

Police have said that a team from the Kathmandu Division Forest Office rescued the leopard by using darts. The leopard, which had entered a house near the Manmainju Temple and injured two people, was rescued this afternoon, said District Police Range Spokesperson, Superintendent of Police Pawan Kumar Bhattarai. 

According to him, the leopard, which entered the house of local Anojmani Adhikari, attacked locals Dulal Maharjan and Mayanath Wagle. Both have been sent to the hospital for treatment.
