A person has been found dead in Thimi, Bhaktapur.
Sanip Chamling Rai, 40, of Rai Tole, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-6, was found dead after being shot, said Prakash Jabegu, spokesperson of the District Police Range, Bhaktapur.
According to the police, initial investigation shows that he shot himself in the chest. According to the police, it appears that he shot himself with a licensed weapon. “The weapon is registered in the name of his nephew Suryakumar Nembang, we are investigating the other details,” Jabegu said.
Police from the Thimi Police Circle have now reached the scene of the incident for investigation.
