Three prisoners who escaped from Jaganathdeval Prison, Sundhara, during the protest on Bhadra 24 have been arrested.

Sanjeev Pariyar, 34, of Dhunibeshi Municipality-1 in Dhading, and Vivek Pariyar, 35, of Thakre Rural Municipality-10, and Rajendra Pariyar, 37, of Churiyamai Rural Municipality-3 in Makawanpur, who are serving their sentences in the prison in a rape case, were arrested by a team of the Central Investigation Bureau from various places in Kathmandu today.

They were each sentenced to 13 years in prison in that case. The bureau has stated that they have been serving their sentences since Asoj 1, 2074 BS. The arrested fugitive prisoners were produced at the Jagannath Dewal Prison Office today, informed the Bureau's Superintendent of Police Niranjan Dutta Bhatta.
