District Administration Office Kathmandu has announced that it is going to start passport application services from today.
The office has published a notification and said that the passport application service will be operated in two shifts today from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The online slot will be opened at 5:00 pm to apply for the service which is going to be started from the limited application station.
There is a high number of customers and there are limited application stations and the customers are mentioned in the application form. It is mentioned in the notification that you should be present on time.
During the Genji movement on August 23rd and 24th, the service was affected due to arson and vandalism in the building of the district administration office. According to Muktiram Rizal, Assistant Chief District Officer and Information Officer of Kathmandu District Administration Office, the passport service will be operated in two shifts from today.
