The Pashupati Kshetra Development Fund will make arrangements for women of Haritalika (Teej) to live in four rows outside the Pashupatinath temple and eight rows inside.

In a press conference organized by the Foundation here on Sunday to inform about the preparations for Teej in the Pashupati area, Acting Member Secretary of the Foundation, Subhash Chandra Joshi, informed that as it is uncomfortable to stand in line for a long time in the hot sun, arrangements have been made so that one can return after darshan within one to one and a half hours. Informing that the preparations for Teej in the Pashupati area are almost over, he said that volunteers will be deployed only in the outskirts of Pashupati on Teej.   Narayan Prasad Subedi, the treasurer of the

fund, mentioned that proper arrangements have been made to stand in the queue and said that all the four doors of the temple will be opened from 3 o'clock in the morning. Arun Kumar Shrestha, the Acting Head of the Culture Preservation Division of the Fund, said that on the occasion of Teej, journalists coming to Pashupati area to collect news will be allowed to enter the main area of ​​the temple with the identity card of the Information Department and the relevant media house. Anita Bhatt, information officer of the fund, said that for Teej, security arrangements, volunteer mobilization, traffic and parking arrangements, health services, sanitation and the management and operation of the shoe-slipper room will be done in the Pashupati area.
