A corruption case has been filed against Sachindra Kumar Yadav, director of the tourism department. The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Thursday filed a corruption case against the director of the department, CDE Yadav, in a special court on the charge of acquiring illegal wealth.

Against Yadav, 96 lakh 85 thousand 553 rupees have been imposed, imprisonment and fine and the demand for confiscation of any property increased/increased from undisclosed assets has been taken. The movable assets of Yadav, who joined the service on 24th June 2066, were investigated till 29th July 2079. During the investigation period, as assets equal to 268 million 18 thousand 900 rupees were found, the total expenditure of this period and the investment made in various sectors were found to be 365 million 4453 rupees.

source Undisclosed property was also found to be in the name of Yadav's wife Asha Kumari Yadav, and she was also made a defendant in the case for the purpose of confiscating the property, said Rajendra Kumar Poudel, spokesperson of the authority.
