The police have arrested four people on the charge of fraud of 71 lakh 52 thousand rupees by saying that they will be sent to different countries under the lure of attractive salary for foreign employment and made it public on Friday.

The arrested are 26-year-old Akshay Shrestha of Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality-13, 24-year-old Sushan Chudal of Budhanilkanth Municipality-10, 30-year-old Pradeep Hamal of Surkhet Simta Rural Municipality-1 and 36-year-old Manju Dahal of Dang Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan Municipality-6, informed Kazikumar Acharya, information officer of the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office. 

Among the arrests, Akshay has been sent to District Police Complex Kathmandu for necessary investigation and action, while Sushan, Pradeep and Manju have been sent to Foreign Employment Department Tahachal, Information Officer Acharya said.
